Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     We are hiring for Licensed and Unlicensed Sales Reps (Property and Casulty) in the State of AR. Applicants must reside in AR to be considered.

    As an Inside Sales Licensed Insurance Agent you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers. Depending on your work assignment, you will interact with our customers through live calls.

    Pay Details:

    • Starting base salary during training is $45K with opportunity for growth.
    • Average earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and uncapped commission.
    • Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $85k .


    Position Details:

    From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing!

        • All computer equipment is provided.
        • Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
        • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
        • No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.
        • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
        • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST).
        • You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift


    Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
    • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
    • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
    • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
