Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related technical or scientific discipline. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Technical Sales occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Pest Control Inside Sales Representative duties:- Build your knowledge of pest control processes, procedures, and methods.
- Education and Training provided on-the-job.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products, processes, and services.
- Develop sales opportunities through referrals, leads, and cold calling.
- Motivated to exceed or maintain minimum sales goals.
- Effectively explain programs and promotions.
- Respond to warm and cold sales calls to residential and commercial customers.
Pest Control Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and over the phone person presentation skills.
- Creative.
- Self-motivated.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Customer Service and Sales experience preferred.
