Inside Technical Sales sells technical services, products, and systems. Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers through visits and calls. Being a Inside Technical Sales creates and conducts technical presentations and demos that present current and future products to potential customers. Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. Additionally, Inside Technical Sales builds customer confidence by addressing all technical objections/concerns from prospective customers throughout the sales cycle. Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to offer suggestions for product enhancements and to share insights from customers. We are searching for an inside sales and customer service associate, to expand our growing sales team. This position is best suited for individuals who are interested in a sales position. You will start with earning a salary and earn an additional salary as you start selling. We have designed the Inside Sales position to provide the security of salary and full benefits for the first few years, while you are building your own client base. Once you build a strong customer base, your salary will drive from your total sales and you will have the flexibility to manage your own time and activities. A successful candidate has the potential of making a 6-digit salary within 3 years with great benefits and a flexible schedule.
We promote several different websites online and we generate 20 leads a week. You will chat online with new leads and look for new clients who are best suited for our business. We will train you in all aspects of project management for print manufacturing and also customer service during the first few months of your hire. Once your training is completed, you will also assist the Sr. Sales Reps with entering their orders into our POS, and follow through to completion. You will start earning additional salary based on the volume of work you handle and the comm you earn.
Parallel with working as CSR/Project Manager, you will start making sales calls and pursuing new leads and prospects. We will pass on new leads to you, we will provide a call list and other ways to help you sell our products, you will visit potential customers, and we will help you build a strong business relationship with new clients. We expect that within 3-5 years you approach 1MM in total annual gross sales, and become an Outside/Sr sales rep. At that time, we will partner you up with an Inside Sales/CSR of your own.
The successful candidate will possess the following: - Must be a college graduate – 4-year degree or equivalent - Great Communication skills, written and oral – Great with marketing and sales - Working Knowledge of computers and MS Office – Good on the phone - Great people skills are a must – organized and detail-oriented.
