Installation & Maintenance Technician Director directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Director leads all functions and ensures they are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are currently looking to fill a full-time Commercial Security Service Technician position servicing our Maine area of operations. The Security Service Technician is responsible for performing the service and repair of commercial electronic security systems and components including intrusion alarms, CCTV, and access control as well as educating customers on the proper use, services, and maintenance of equipment, and correctly addressing questions or concerns of the customer.
