Installation & Maintenance Technician Director jobs in Pittsburgh, PA
Installation & Maintenance Technician Director directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Director leads all functions and ensures they are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Director requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional service to our existing partners and new customer base
- To use their skills, knowledge, and experience to provide solutions and perform the tasks necessary to keep our partners facilities running smoothly
- To provide detailed accounts of tasks completed, through the use of our app, to our main office.
- To play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, food service and HVAC/R systems
- General maintenance experience in commercial accounts
- Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
- Must pass a background check and drug test
