The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our products. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure machine according to manufacturer specifications.
• Test and troubleshoot installations to ensure proper functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers during installation and setup.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment and configurations.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Provide training to customers on the use and maintenance of installed systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Previous experience in installation, maintenance, or technical support role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machine.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:

• No travel

Ability to Relocate:

• Chino, CA 91710: Relocate before starting work (Required)
