Installation & Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Documents and verifies equipment problems and repairs. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Installation & Maintenance Technician works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional service to our existing partners and new customer base
- To use their skills, knowledge, and experience to provide solutions and perform the tasks necessary to keep our partners facilities running smoothly
- To provide detailed accounts of tasks completed, through the use of our app, to our main office. To play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, food service and HVAC/R systems
- General maintenance experience in commercial accounts
- Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
- Must pass a background check and drug test
