Position Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining the equipment in the facility to include; all manufacturing process equipment, warehouse equipment, and office area. You will be responsible for all mechanical
and electrical repairs.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
· Troubleshooting plastic shredding, grinding, blending, extrusion, and other machines and processes.
· Defining parts that need to be ordered after troubleshooting is complete.
· Maintain inventories of tools, spare parts, and consumable supplies.
· Requisition tools, spare parts, and consumable supplies.
· Ability to read and understand machine drawings, building prints, electrical and plumbing schematics.
· Develop preventative maintenance program for all equipment & facility related equipment.
· Perform equipment installations as required and defined by Engineering.
· Have experience in welding, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, and working with process controls.
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop and facility.
· Operation of forklift and scissor lift as required.
