Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor jobs in Youngstown, OH
Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor supervises the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Being an Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor schedules and coordinates installation support and service operations. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Installation & Maintenance Technician Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Qualifications:
- Have the mechanical aptitude, desire, willingness and capacity to learn new trades and skills as needed.
- Have the skills, knowledge, and experience to provide solutions and perform the tasks necessary to keep our partners facilities running smoothly
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, food service and HVAC/R systems, as well as general maintenance
- Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to provide detailed accounts of tasks completed, through the use of our app, to our main office.
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to handle various tasks in a fast paced high stress environment
