The IPM meticulously manages each installation phase to ensure a seamless project delivery. Relying on their high caliber project management and leadership the IPM is the liaison between PAR Systems and our customers.
Success Criteria:
Balancing customer satisfaction, team communication, and project progress is the key to unlocking successful project completion. You'll need to build trust quickly to estimate and coordinate installation activities, procure required materials, and schedule assembly teams.
Flawless and timely execution depends on your ability to keep all project details and team members moving toward the finish line simultaneously without compromising safety. You'll also skillfully coordinate existing customer production with high level leaders, skilled engineers, technicians, quality partners, and subcontractors. Lastly, bringing your experience with large-scale, industrial mechanical projects you'll hit the ground running by integrating with our teams in the field.
