To be an Installation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Description
The Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing the Day to Day operation of The Window and Siding Installation Teams.
The Ideal Candidate must be able to make quick decisions that align with the Best Interests of both the Customer and The Co.
Prepare Computerized Orders.
Ensure all Jobs are moving Forward on Schedule.
Instill Great Customer Service during all phases of The Customer experience.
Ability to assess Service orders and determine the best best way to Handle all Complaints.
Understand Measuring of Windows and Doors.
Using the Data in a CRM and being able to input good notes. Understanding the overall use of CRM.
Open Shop in Morning for installers.
Qualifications
5 to 10 Years experience in Siding or Window installation Management.
Great Communication Skills, Problem Solving skills
Great at Multitasking, and Customer Service.
