Installation Manager manages a team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components. Schedules and oversees the installation of products. Being an Installation Manager ensures adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Installation Manager typically reports to a director. The Installation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Installation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Job Summary
Elite Custom Signs, a family-owned, full-service commercial sign company located in Raleigh, has an opening for an in-house Installation Manager. The Installation Manager takes complete responsibility for installations including a variety of graphics, signage, vinyl graphics and vehicle wraps. Assign installations to installers. Review supplies, tools & equipment needed. Must be self-motivated and self-confident, take directions/instructions from supervisor and willing to work in a fast-paced team environment. Position requires standing and occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds). Carpentry skills and experience required.

- Experience or motivated to learn installing interior & exterior signage
- Dimensional Letters, cabinet signs, raceways, HDU panels, street signs, etc.
- Car Wraps & Decals.
- Wall Graphic Installation (vinyl)
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. & manual labor.
- Must be comfortable using ladders.
- Being able to operate a scissor lift is a plus.
