CFI Inc. is searching for a highly motivated individual to join our staff as a Flooring Field Manager for our flooring business based in the Metro Detroit area. Duties will include but not limited to calling to schedule customers, recruiting talent, complete inspections, work directly with installers, customers, stores & district managers to troubleshoot issues, present solutions and create/maintain solid working relationships between the companies and customers. Previous flooring installation and industry experience a plus; and, some basic computer skills are necessary. Travel within the Detroit Metro area will be required.
