Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee and manage our installation projects. The Installation Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the installation team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management.
Duties:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation projects from start to finish
- Manage and lead a team of installation technicians
- Ensure all installations are completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance
- Prepare project documentation, including contracts, work orders, and progress reports
- Oversee inventory management of installation materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the installation team and manage the programs accordingly
Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the installation field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
