PLANNING, REPORTING & DATA ENTRY purchase orders, quick books data entry insurance certificates to clients, contracts, prevailing wage, Quick books payroll entry, job costing
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers and all others associated with individual project estimates as assigned. Prepare workers comp reports and liability insurance (provide certificates of insurance to clients, etc.) Participate in contract administration.
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 2 years of construction administrative assistant responsibilities.
