Job Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
Responsibilities:
· Coordination and ordering of all material, organization and scheduling of all labor and equipment for the execution and completion of all landscape installation work.
· Able to perform all aspects of landscape installation and construction.
· Directly oversee project superintendents and multiple jobs simultaneously.
· Training, counseling, review, and if necessary, discipline of all landscape installation staff members
· Timely communication and coordination with multiple sub-contractors, clients and suppliers.
· Ensures jobs are kept on schedule and on budget.
· Work in a fast-paced team environment
· Preserve an open and positive relationship with all managers and staff.
· Maintain a safe working environment for all foreman and staff.
· If required: Hands on work with crews to meet schedule deadlines or demands.
· Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years management experience in the landscape or green industry.
· Confident and experienced in all aspects of landscape installation. Including but not limited to: reading plans, irrigation, lighting, drainage, grading, hardscaping, and equipment operation.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
· Able to learn and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software.
· Valid Driver’s License
