    • Actively participate in NEC Admissions/recruitment events (as needed)
    • Attend team and one-on-one meetings
    • Serve as a positive role model to other students
    • Maintain good working relationships with staff, faculty, and students
    • Support all NEC policies and guidelines
    • Sustain confidentiality


    Required Qualifications
    Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, social media, and Outlook. Critical thinking skills, open to learning more about diversity and inclusion, empathetic, respectful, positive minded towards building healthy relationships, good ethical leadership skills including organizational skills and a creative mindset.
    The Office of Diversity and Inclusion seeks an inclusive empathetic leader to assist with the advocacy, training, and development of New England College Students. This position will
    provide opportunities to enhance interpersonal and professional skills.
    Weekly meetings and skills building as needed.
