The Institutional Effectiveness Research Analyst position, using multiple instruments and methodologies, will assist with assessment, evaluation, and research functions that support institutional effectiveness (IE) and university accreditation. This position reports to the Assistant Director for Institutional Effectiveness. The successful candidate will be part of an institutional effectiveness (IE) team, supporting university planning, assessment, evaluation, and accreditation activities.

The Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP) provides leadership and expertise related to institutional data and information, strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, and space management. In pursuit of accountability, integrity, and transparency, OIRP supports comprehensive research-based planning and evaluation processes which provide university stakeholders with accurate information for data-informed decisions.
