Institutional Research Director directs and oversees institutional research and studies for a university/college. Designs and leads institutional research studies evaluating the effectiveness of the organization's programs and policies. Being an Institutional Research Director manages data collection and analysis and oversees the formulation of research reports. May require an advanced degree. Additionally, Institutional Research Director typically reports to a head of a department. The Institutional Research Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Will prepare quotes as requested by Blick’s K-12 scholastic customers in an assigned region. Other duties include customer development, relationship, and retention efforts and other general customer support. The successful candidate will be service focused with the desire and ability to form positive professional relationships with art teachers and purchasing personnel. The position will work in tandem with a Quote Assistant and Contract Specialist also assigned to the region. While generally in office, occasional hybrid days and light business travel for tradeshows are added benefits.
