Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, health coaching, and family planning
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-hospital care
- Perform esthetic laser treatments and assist with mammography procedures.
