    Currently seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing strategy and execution for New Computing and Mobile Experiences products. The ideal candidate needs to quickly understand each business, the channels in which they operate, and quickly navigate the strategic landscape to provide advice, counsel and action plans to drive sales. Responsibilities include establishing common processes for developing new marketing programs, creating integrated channel marketing programs/campaigns driving the growth of Samsung?s mobile product portfolio including Tablets, Wrist Wearables and True Wireless Sound products. This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing on the ATT Account Team

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    ? Lead the development and delivery of go-to-market campaigns that connects all of our mobile category products and aligns to AT&Ts priorities.
    ? Works with AT&T and internal marketing teams to develop and customize integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches as well as life cycle management activities for NCME products.
    ? Identify growth opportunities within customer specific channels such as Company Owned Retail, Dealer, partner dot.com and develop programs to grow Samsung market share.
    ? Collaborate with Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy and Analytics, Product Management and Sales Account Teams to drive Revenue,
    ? Lead and execute internal and external meetings & workshops as needed.
    ? Manage day to day marketing operations for the account team
    ? Own annual marketing calendar and quarterly marketing program decks with inputs from other team members

    Background/Experience Required:
    ? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business-related field (MBA preferred)
    ? 8 years of work experience (mobile or CPG industry preferred)
    ? Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing and the principles of driving audience relevance but ultimately the need to drive sales.
    ? Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, financial acumen, organizational planning required.
    ? A proven self-starter, he/she must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good business judgment, and high managerial leadership potential.
    ? Outstanding proficiency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
    ? Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills for both internal and external discussions.

    Physical/Mental Demands:
    ? The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
    o Work is generally performed in an office environment.
    o Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.
    o The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds.
    o Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress.
    o Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas.
    o Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule.
    o Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company?s competitive position.

    Salary: $27.83 - $43.00 per hour
