- Configuring/Trouble Shooting AAA, Firewalls, IPS, Email and Web Security, Endpoint Protection, DLP
- Configuring/ Troubleshooting VPNs, Authentication, Wireless Security & Email Security
- Configuring/Troubleshooting Security Policies in Firewall, IPS, Email/Web security and Other security solutions,
- Handling escalations form L1 team
- Third-party coordination for troubleshooting issues
- Preparing reports
- Adhere and follow ITIL process (incident, problem, and change & configuration management).
