    Description:

    The Technology Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting Harvest Group employees with excellence.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
    • Respond in a timely manner to employee service issues and requests
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of support requests, solutions, and interactions within our ticketing system
    • Troubleshoot account and access-based security for users
    • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
    • Assist with ad-hoc requests

    Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • 3-5 years of experience in IT support
    • Ability to solve problems proactively and creatively, as an individual and with a team
    • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
    • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems
    • Experience in documenting processes
    • Must be detail oriented with an ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred:

    • Experience with software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Active Directory
    • Certified in CompTIA A and ITIL
