Develops computer training materials and assists in teaching how to set up and use computer applications and related technologies. Being an Instructional Technology Specialist may troubleshoot technical problems and train junior staff members. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Instructional Technology Specialist typically reports to a manager. The Instructional Technology Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. CAMPUS TECHNICIAN/Instructional Technology Lab Educational Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
Provides operational support and technical skills which will promote exemplary technology operations and services for the faculty and students of the assigned campus. Provides operation, maintenance, configuration, training, and troubleshooting duties for the user-facing school technology. Serves as an integral member of the Technology Committee. Provides technical support and assistance to school personnel and Students.
