Develops computer training materials and assists in teaching how to set up and use computer applications and related technologies. Being an Instructional Technology Specialist may troubleshoot technical problems and train junior staff members. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Instructional Technology Specialist typically reports to a manager. The Instructional Technology Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     The selected candidate will have the ability to assist in building this NEW program within the District from the ground up!

    Schedule: Actual time will depend on the adopted schedule.

    Starting Date: August 13, 2024 (Staff Workday)

    Location: Triad High School

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Current, valid state department of education license/certificate appropriate for the position.
    • Must meet all mandated health requirements (e.g., a negative tuberculosis test, etc.).
    • A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
    • Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies.
    • Keeps current with technology and other workplace innovations that support job functions.
