Instructional Technology Specialist supports faculty members utilizing information technology in support of teaching and learning. Develops computer training materials and assists in teaching how to set up and use computer applications and related technologies. Being an Instructional Technology Specialist may troubleshoot technical problems and train junior staff members. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Instructional Technology Specialist typically reports to a manager. The Instructional Technology Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. We are specifically looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and can perform the following tasks effectively:
Proficiency in hardware maintenance and software maintenance (Microsoft products, etc)for both personal computers (PCs) and servers.
Familiarity with Active Directory administration.
Virus and Malware cleaning.
Microsoft MCSE certifications
