Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Accounting provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Guide clients in implementing the software and resolving their issues
Core Competencies
Understanding typical accounting functions, such as Account Receivables, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Financial Statements.
The ability to understand and create unique business processes to match accounting best practices
Ability to reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts and journal entries
In-depth knowledge of month-end close processes and accruals
Working knowledge of General Ledger (GL)
Financial Statement setup and generation
General business intelligence
Additional Skills
The ability to work on multiple projects
The ability to work as part of a team
Problem-solving and strategic planning abilityUnderstanding Standard Costing, Cost Accounting, or Job Costs is a plusAnalytical skillsInterpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

General understanding of the manufacturing process
Two years working with Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
General Ledger (GL)

Microsoft Office
Calculating manufacturing costing and overhead
Physical inventoryPreferred Education
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Information systems
