A local Real Estate and Construction Company is recruiting for an Accounting position. This position will primarily be focused on Accounts Receivable. However, as part of a diverse team, we would like to find a well rounded individual with overall general accounting experience.
The ideal candidate would have worked in a similiar field and have knowledge of, but not limited to:
Tenant Ledger Adjustments
Processing move outs
Adding and removing charges
Processing payments via a 3rd party site
Applying payments
Court filings fees/paperwork
Maintaining an accurate filing system
