Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Location: Iowa, LA

Level/Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 depending on experience.

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for working with the accounting team and managers. Must have quickbooks experience. If no quickbooks please do not apply

Role and Responsibilities:

• File and organize company documents
• Assist in various projects as requested
• Utilizing Quickbooks to facilitate processes and maintain record.
• Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.
• Complete other administrative duties on an as needed basis

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance is required.
• Prior accounting and accounts payable experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Quickbooks knowledge.
• Good follow-up skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement attitude required.
