Join our Accounting Team!

A multi-location family-owned dealership is looking for accounting support to complete a range of accounting duties at our Manheim location.  Prior Automotive Accounting experience is helpful but we will train an applicant who has the willingness to learn.

This is a Monday through Friday,  40-hour-a-week position.   The pay range will depend on your experience. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Accounts Payable
• Post internal service, miscellaneous shop times & parts invoices
• Reconcile Petty Cash as needed
• Order supplies
• Purify schedules perpetually
• Process Warranty & Gap cancellation checks
• Pull daily invoices from the manufacturer and post them to corresponding accounts
• Maintain Floor Plan
• Bank run for Manheim locations
• Reception and telephone backup
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior Auto Accounting is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent math aptitude.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficient computer and calculator skills
• Positive attitude
