Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Utilize accounting software to record, store, and analyze information
- Conduct credit analysis on clients and vendors
- Accurately perform data entry tasks to update and maintain financial records
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently
- Assist in balance sheet reconciliation procedures

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using various accounting software applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, and Paychex software systems
- General ledger reconciliation expertise
- Credit analysis capabilities
- Data entry proficiency

This position is a full-time, exempt position and offers a salary between $60,000 to $80,000 per year based on experience.
