Accounting Specialist

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and update accounting records and records of transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial projections
• Perform month-end close process including reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Review and reconcile vendor accounts
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Assist with month-end closing process including reconciliation of general ledger accounts, financial projections, and other related activities as needed
• Assist with month-end closing process including reconciliation of general ledger accounts, financial projections, and other related activities as needed
• Assist with month-end closing process including reconciliation of general ledger accounts, financial projections, and other related activities as needed
• Prepare material handling equipment invoices for our customers
• Other duties as assigned by management

Education & Experience:
·High School Diploma or equivalent required.

·Experience with Microsoft Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

• West Monroe, LA 71291: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPA (Preferred)
