Responsibilities:

• Enter in timecard data and verify proper authorizations
• Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing
• Processes employee verification of employment request
• Processes all employee garnishments including child supports and wage garnishments
• Coordinates with HR on pay and benefit changes
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures
• Prepares Ad Hoc reports for management as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with certified payroll
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work autonomously
