Instructor - Accounting teaches courses in the discipline area of accounting. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Accounting provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Accounting typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. Are you meticulous with numbers and passionate about keeping things organized? We're seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in American Canyon! While construction experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to dive into the world of bookkeeping, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Reconciling credit card transactions
- Assisting with HR paperwork and clerical tasks
- Conducting basic HR functions
Top Qualities We're Looking For :
- Trustworthiness and reliability are non-negotiable
- Accurate and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with Sage 100 or similar accounting software
- Basic knowledge of Excel
Compensation :
- $26-$28 / hour for candidates without construction experience
- $30-$34 / hour for candidates with construction experience
