    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager for our Architecture Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of multiple projects from conception to completion. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, engineering, and construction, with a keen eye for design and a knack for managing complex projects.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and oversee all phases of project development from conception to completion, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, contractual, and budget goals.
    2. Lead and coordinate project teams including architects, engineers, landscape architects, contractors and other professionals.
    3. Prepare and present design, development, and construction documents for approval.
    4. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create and modify architectural designs and plans.
    5. Foster and maintain client relationships, manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
    6. Coordinate and oversee project design, development, and construction documentation.
    7. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety regulations.
    8. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, provide financial oversight and project reporting.
    9. Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making with project teams and stakeholders.
    10. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, standards, and regulatory obligations.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
    2. Must hold a current Architecture license.
    3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry.
    4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
    5. Strong ability to prepare design, development, and construction documents for approval and construction.
    6. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
    7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
    9. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
    10. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
    11. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, and foster a positive work environment.
