Instructor - Biology jobs in Grand Rapids, MI

The Hope College Biology Department invites applications for two tenure-track, open rank positions beginning in July 2024. This may be a good opportunity for dual-career partners. The specific research areas are open and successful candidates will be able to develop vigorous, externally-funded research programs that address fundamental questions related to biology using modern technologies. Research programs should also engage undergraduate students as active collaborators; generous start-up funds support these positions. Successful candidates should also be able to teach in Introductory Biology and one or more of the following areas: Genetics, Evolutionary Biology, Developmental Biology, Human Physiology.
