Biological Science Certification Required

EFFECTIVE: 2024-2025 School Year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate (CE, CEAS, Provisional, or Standard) with Biological Science Endorsement (2210)
• Demonstrated knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards in subject specialty and effective teaching methods
• Knowledge of Next Generation Science Standards
• Ability to conduct/facilitate inquiry-based laboratory investigations
• Ability to maintain a positive learning environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

REPORTS TO: Principal

SALARY: As per salary guide

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 10-month position
