Job Summary
The coordinator is responsible for serving as the administrative coordinator for externally funded, non-research grants and contracts. The coordinator is responsible for administratively supporting non-research external funding grants and contracts including application development, budget development and maintenance, management and communication of contractual obligations and reporting timelines across internal/external partners and working collaboratively across Operational Teams to problem-solve administrative roadblocks and ensure fulfillment of contractual requirements in support of an assigned project portfolio(s). Works in collaboration with Enterprise pre/post award administration resources, Foundations, Finance, and project/program operational teams to ensure efficiency, communication, and optimization of administrative functions which requires critical thinking, project management, reporting, grant writing and budget experience.
Job Functions
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, public health, health services research, health care administration, public administration or policy and/or government studies.
At least two (2) years of applicable experience. strong grant-writing, project management, and administration skills with diverse applied experiences across traditional and non-traditional sectors including healthcare, industry, commercial, and/or non-profit entities.
