Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Business Administration typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research.     The role of the Field Service Technician will be to support our printer and copier customer base.

    Major Goals and Responsibilities:

    • Provide an outstanding customer experience through great communication and support.
    • Perform field repairs and maintenance on various office equipment to manufacturers specifications
    • Manage your day completing service calls to meeting customer expectations and company processes
    • Maintain accurate repair records for time, part, and company assets
    • Manage your car stock inventory
    • Performs other duties as directed by Service Management
    • Ability to make decisions, use the tools available and the resources of others to accomplish objectives
    • Able to work comfortably with a variety of customers and associates
    • Flexible attitude and versatility in learning
    • High level of comfort using computers, tablets, phones, or other handheld devices

    Qualification and Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices a plus
    • Vocational Technical education is helpful
    • Natural mechanical or electronic ability
    • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
