We're on the lookout for a dynamic Summer Camp Instructor to lead and inspire young campers in an engaging and educational setting. At SPARK, we equip you with detailed teaching guides, thorough training, and all the necessary materials for each weekly camp.

As a SPARK Summer Camp Instructor, you'll bring our user-friendly financial literacy and business teaching guides to life in a fun and interactive manner. Reliability and the ability to form positive connections with children are key qualities we value in our team members.

This summer, our full-day, in-person camp for grades 1-3 in the 03908 zip code will run from 06/17/24 - 06/21/24 (no class on 06/19), from 9 am to 3 pm.

Our ideal candidate is either a current teacher or boasts a minimum of two years of experience as a camp counselor. If you embody patience, energy, and the ability to provide structure when necessary, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a weekly camp focusing on entrepreneurship
• Oversee and ensure the well-being of campers
• Deliver educational content through games and explorations
• Set up and maintain a vibrant and organized classroom
• Enforce safety rules and demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
• Provide first aid or attend to injuries as needed

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as a school teacher, camp counselor, or similar role working with children
• Experience with grades 1-3
• Patience and reliability
• Strong organizational and communication skill
• Energetic and positive personality

Job Types: Contract, Part-time

Salary: $900.00 - $1,000.00 per week
