    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
    • State of Alaska Professional Engineering License, or ability to obtain within 6 months from hire
    • Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience
    • Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil3D design tools
    • Dedication to making Alaska better
    • Self-initiative to meet project deadlines
    • Ability to work as a team player and interact with others
    • Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Preparing feasibility studies, engineering reports, memos, and specifications
    • Leading and working together with engineers, engineering assistants, technical staff, subconsultants, and contractors to complete projects on schedule and within budget
    • Participating in teams involved with project delivery throughout all phases of project execution, from conceptual engineering through construction closeout and operations.
    • Proactively and expertly communicating with co-workers, clients, contractors, regulators, and the public
    • Acting as a mentor to other staff and encouraging careers of interns, engineering assistants, and other engineers
    • Demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction
