    • Assisting with the preparation of engineering drawings for construction or rehabilitation projects;
    • Assisting with completion of general layouts for engineering drawings; and
    • Assisting with the documentation of type, scope, and intensity of field investigations and surveys.

    • Determining engineering training needs for personnel.
