    New Hire Onboarding Support : Ensure successful onboarding for New Hires.Coordinate and communicate weekly new hire orientations.

    Primary point of contact for I9’s and completion of E-verify.Track and follow up on onboarding completion tasks for New Hires.

    Companywide Support : Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HRSC, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and regulations.

    Serve as an accurate resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and employees.

    Refer to recruiters and other staff as appropriate.Support and participate in job fairs, community activities, and other public and departmental recruitment-related events.

    Minimum Qualifications : Required :

    A combination of relevant work experience and / or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job may substitute to meet the total years required on a year-for-year basisHigh School diploma or equivalent.

    Minimum of two (2) years in an administrative support role. *Preferred : Associate degree in business, human resources, or a related field.

    One (1) or more years of Recruiting Coordinator experience.Telecommunications experience.Relevant telecom industry or job specific certifications.DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

    This position may require access to reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail store locations, offices, worksites, or other locations as needed.

    Ability to accurately communicate information and ideas to others effectively.Physical agility and effort sufficient to perform job duties safely and effectively.

    Ability to make valid judgments and decisions.Available to work additional time on weekends, holidays, before or after normal work hours when necessary.
