NESS is looking for a motivated sailing instructor to support and teach our Adult Sailing Program offerings. This position supports and teaches sailing at all levels on our fleet of 23ft Sonar keelboats.
This position works closely with our Adult & Adaptive Sailing Coordinator to provide keelboat classes, private lessons, and support community programs surrounding sailing.
NESS offers a variety of classes like learn to sail, adventure sailing, racing classes, keelboats, and FOILING!!!! Our team of instructors have after hour access to sail our fleet of foiling boats (Waszps, UFO, foil boards, Quant 23), Melges 15s, RS500, windsurf boards, etc!
Expected work schedule : Weekends June through September 2024
