Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks in a dental office setting, ensuring smooth patient flow and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental softwares like Opendental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient care

Skills:
- Proficiency in dental software systems like Opendental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures in a dental office
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Experience as a medical receptionist or in medical administrative support is preferred
