Our pediatric dental office is in search of detail-oriented team player for our Front office specialist. You will be the first face our patients see in the office and the first voice their parents hear on the phone- so making a great impression is a must! You may also be asked to assist in our marketing efforts in the community.

We are dedicated to finding the right person to join our team. Ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills and a positive demeanor and outlook. Attention to detail, dependability, a strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude are essential to completing daily office duties. While the Front Desk doesn't work directly with kids, our Front Office team must enjoy being around kids and be dedicated to doing their part to help our patients feel like superkids!

No dental office experience is but a plus. We are prepared to train the right person. However, applicants should have a minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting and/or Front Desk position in any industry. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Office Hours are Monday-Friday 7-3, with some variation week-to-week. Compensation based on experience.
