Our privately owned, fee-for-service dental practice is seeking a full-time dental treatment coordinator to welcome new patients to our office, and to propose and explain treatments to new and existing patients. If you have a professional demeanor, the drive to excel and a self-motivated attitude, please apply!
In this role, it will be critical to understand patient dental needs along with their concerns, and to be willing to educate patients in regard to their treatment and to support our dentist’s diagnosis.
In a sense, you’ll be the voice and face of our practice. Answering calls from new patients and scheduling appointments for them, making them feel welcome in our office, and explaining treatment in a way that’s understandable and informative.
Other Treatment Coordinator responsibilities include arranging financial agreements, scheduling treatment, and preparing paperwork needed for successful and legal tracking of treatment and finances. Our TC will be responsible for daily financial outcomes related to scheduling and collections on new treatment.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys the world of dentistry with all its possibilities for healing and transforming lives. We also seek someone who recognizes the value of cultivating a career and not just a job.
We’re looking for someone to come on board soon!
