Looking for a fun, modern, growing practice? We are excited to have an opening for a Front Office Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team at Rooted Dentistry. Our office is BRAND NEW and is equipped with the latest technology to enhance family-friendly dental treatment. We offer competitive pay and growing benefits, with a collaborative and growth-minded atmosphere. Office hours are Tues-Wed 7-4 and Thurs 9-6.

Job Duties

• Greet and engage with patients (laughter and humor encouraged!)
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments and updating patient records
• Presentation of Treatment Plans to patients
• Insurance eligibility checks/ Working closely with biller
• Reconciling financials and end-of-day payments
• Organization of accounts receivable and sending statements
• Help keep lobby and public areas tidy and sanitized
