Position Description Independence Charter Middle School (ICMS) is currently accepting applications for middle school drama and debate teachers for the 2024-2025 school year. At ICMS, our students can elect to take debate and drama electives. In these electives, students study dramatic techniques, public speaking, and debate. Recognizing the importance of ongoing professional development, ICMS teachers benefit from an hour and a half of protected Professional Learning Community (PLC) time every Monday morning. This dedicated time allows teachers to collaboratively review student data, enhance instructional practices, and continually improve student learning outcomes.
