Being an Instructor - Drama provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Drama typically reports to a department head. Successful applicant will teach various theater and drama classes along with being school's drama coach in assigned grade levels along with other duties and responsibilities assigned.
Salary Schedule
In accordance with Berkeley County Schools Teacher Salary Scale with verified years of experience and degree level. Plus $1,500 for theater director supplement. 200 day contract.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and demonstrate the knowledge and ability to be a qualified and effective candidate for the vacancy.
A WV teaching certification is required for this position with proper grade level endorsment.
